Thanks for visiting our site. We are Jeanette and Scott Dannenfelser from Cincinnati, Ohio. We will be on the ride of our lives in the near future to adopt our son Aidan from Kazakhstan. Our cat Elliot tells us that he can't wait to have another Dannenfelser live with him.
Please leave comments and feel free to visit often. We are so excited to share our adventure with our family and friends.
Hi Scott and Jeanette.Little Aidan sure doesn't look sick in Thursday's pictures..he looks very happy and healthy!Kinda nice that you got to spend time alone with him in the playroom. You all seem so happy...congrats Mom and Dad. Can't wait until you come home and we can "really" meet Aidan..he looks like a sweety for sure! Love, Eileen
Hey guys, well he is just beautiful! That & your smiles say it all. Jeanette you look so peaceful & content & Scott looks so into the whole experience...I love being a witness to this great time in your life! I agree with the comment about the fever & teething, unless other symptoms pop up & he is really fussy, that's probably the culprit! The dinners and company sound fun, so glad you have a bunch of people to hang out with while you are not with Aidan. Enjoy every minute!!!
I am totally in love with this child of yours! I keep laughing to myself thinking that I know when mine is born I am going to be half-expecting him/her to be playing peek a boo and grabbing Craig's nose! But I think Aidan is a bit more advanced than Baby Konrad will be! I also get hungry everytime I read an entry - the food sounds wonderful and so do the accomodations. You sound so happy and comfortable and at peace. Your entries and pictures make my mornings!
I am already in love with this kid! He is obviously such a good baby and so sweet. I love seeing his little smile every day! I can't wait until we get to meet him in person. Keep the entries coming!! Love, Sarah & Adam
OK--I had this great comment about carnivorofic food,AND smiling happy faces everywhere, and now I lost it--anyway--What is a blog? How is it different then an internet site. Love ya, Heather
It is a highlight of my day reading your updates and seeing the precious pictures of you with Aidan. He is a total cutie pie! It's also really cool to hear about your experiences at the restaurants and hotels. You should bring back some of that "Espionage Passion" for all of us to try! ;) Looking forward already to tomorrow's stories and pictures!
Hi! I love the pics. Aidan is something else. We are all going to have so much fun with him. I absolutely love the laughing picture. He's a hoot! Jeanette you are laughing as hard as he and I am sure Scott was too! Happy he likes the Pooh ball! Getting ready for Coney I suppose. It is snowing here - maybe 4-7 inches. The forecasters of course are hav ing a ball. I look forward to tomorrow morning. What a great way to start the day! Love you, Mom/Colleen/Collie
