We Made it!
We made it safely to Almaty. We are doing really well with the time change...Hopefully we will avoid hitting the wall. Our apartment is nice and our driver is a great guy. We feel very taken care of over here. We met with our agency's in country team and we are off to Uralsk on Monday morning (6am flight). If all goes as planned, we should meet the little guy before lunch. We will be staying at a different Hotel (the Victoria). Our orginal hotel is temporarily booked. We may move to the Chalgalla when it opens. Everyone here has been great!
We will post some pictures after our first visit. Check back on Monday!

Hey guys...so great to hear that you made it safe & sound! Jacob & I have been checking the website all weekend, waiting to catch a glimpse of your progress. I'm sure you are both tired, but the adrenaline has a way of taking over. We weren't sure what the accomodations were in Uralsk...sounds like a hotel either way, which I'm sure will be

Congratulations! I can not tell you how happy and excited I am for you Scott and Jeanette and for all of us. Scott it was absolutely wonderful to hear your words this a.m. I called your Dad, Pop.
