Go Aidan Go
Thanks for visiting our site. We are Jeanette and Scott Dannenfelser from Cincinnati, Ohio. We will be on the ride of our lives in the near future to adopt our son Aidan from Kazakhstan. Our cat Elliot tells us that he can't wait to have another Dannenfelser live with him. Please leave comments and feel free to visit often. We are so excited to share our adventure with our family and friends.

Hi Guys!
Glad to see you're finally able to feed Aidan! I noticed he is drinking out of a cup in the picture- is that only for juice? While in China Audrey also drank some kind of combo peach/mango/apple juice that she LOVED and we were not able to find here at home. Does Aidan drink his formula from a bottle?
As for sleeping, it is 6:30AM Sunday here at home. Mark is off work today and we were going to enjoy sleeping in late (like maybe until 7:30 or so)- figures Margo was up at 5:50AM! She is lounging on the sofa in the living room watching Jay Jay the Jet with just the lights from the Christmas tree on. Remember when we used to do that Jen (watching Sesame Street instead?!) Christmas time is here! Enjoy your special first Christmas time with Aidan!
Love,
Jill
I'm glad to see your feeding him, too! When you are home I bet the highchair will make that a bit easier!
Funny to see him drinking from a mug. I guess bottles and sippy cups will also be easier for you once you are home.
So did they finally give you Aidan's full schedule? What else does this week hold before you get to take him home? Will you bathe him, etc? I'm so excited that its getting closer! Can't wait to meet this little guy!
Til tomorrow!
love,
sarah
Aidan's hair is really growing!
He looks like his diet agrees with him even though it takes a contortionist to feed the nosy kid.
Really, it looks like you all are doing great!
Love,
Granna
I can't believe how much he seems to have changed from your first postings until now. You all look very happy. What a Christmas presant!!!! Can't wait to see you all in real life.
Love,
Aunt Connie
Hi Scott, Jeanette and Aidan, the pictures are really interesting...I can't believe the little guy is able to drink from a mug..he must be advanced for sure! You all look so happy and comfortable with each other. Let Aidan know that the Bengals are headed for the playoffs so he will be able to watch a game when he comes home...try getting him to say "Who Dey"! I'll check in again tomorrow. Take care. Love, Eileen
Hey!
Just a quick note from da Soo~ Jen, I am teaching cheerleading at the elementary school and thought of you :)
Oh my, our "Jem" is a mommy!
You and Scott look absolutely content and so natural - parenthood suits both of you. The picture of Aidan eating is too cute - he definitely likes to see what's going on :)
Loveyou!
